Luxury is not display; it is calm, light and proportion.
Noble Tree İnşaat A.Ş. develops and builds its projects in Şile. Our head office is in the Çavuş neighbourhood.
At Kabakoz Residences we chose a stepped layout that keeps the slope of the land, natural stone facades and private outdoor space for every home. The same approach guides the new villa projects we are preparing in Şile.
- Our vision
- To redefine the meaning of luxury living: to design homes not just as houses but as sanctuaries, in harmony with nature and their surroundings.
- Our mission
- To build villas that set the standard in design, comfort and craftsmanship, and to enrich life not only for their residents but for the community around them.

02How we build
Real photograph · July 2026 01Place
We take the topography, the forest and the visible line of the sea as the starting point of a design. At Kabakoz Residences, rather than flattening the hillside we stepped the blocks down with the slope.
Real photograph · July 2025 02Material
Natural stone, bronze-toned metal and glass: plain, honest materials that grow more beautiful with time. The changing tone of the stone through the day is the facade's real ornament.
Real photograph · July 2025 03Space
Double-height living rooms, tall glazing and private outdoor space for every home: we thin the boundary between inside and out and bring the light into the house.
Real photograph · July 2026 04Transparency
We share real photographs from the site and date them; completed-state images are always labelled as project visualisations. We prefer to tell it plainly.
